Staff within our homes are experienced in supporting residents with dementia, always delivering care with patience and understanding. We take the time to get to know your loved one and build trust with our team members. Our staff have undertaken virtual dementia training, where they carried out everyday tasks while simulating the experience of someone with dementia. This experience allowed them to develop a better understanding of the struggles our residents may be facing.
