Adults with learning disabilities and other complex needs can sometimes need additional support their daily routine. We want to provide a home for your family member where they feel comfortable and ease, living their life to the full with as much independence as possible. At our homes your loved one can thrive within our resident communities and feel safe thanks to close bond shared with our staff members. Through our person-centred approach to care, you can be assured your loved one’s physical, emotional, vocational, educational and social needs are taken care of.
Within the safety of our homes, your family member will have that bit of extra help to make daily tasks easier and more comfortable. Our friendly staff are available around the clock to provide a helping hand with personal care tasks, mealtimes, socialisation, activities and all other aspects of day-to-day life.
Staff at our homes are highly-trained in supporting adults with a range of different needs, always with patience, understanding and compassion. There are adapted facilities within our homes to make life easier for your loved one, as well as a variety of fun activities that are designed to be engaging for all abilities. We will also support your relative to attend any clubs and groups they wish to continue being involved with outside of the home.
We want to support your loved one to have as much independence as possible, making decisions about their daily routine, what they want to eat and any hobbies they want to try. With a bit of support from our staff, your relative can live a full and active life while in a safe and secure, home-from-home environment.
