Springkell House is the most welcoming care home you will find. The staff are well led, greet you as a friend, and most importantly really care about the residents. They support one another and work together to ensure the best for the residents. It certainly feels like a 'home' rather than an institution. My dad, a resident for almost 3 years, is very content- the best recommendation!

From the very first visit, Jozef and his team showed hospitality, an open welcome and a desire to meet the needs of my mother with flexibility. A very difficult decision was made easier with the support and advice of the home. Staff have been outstanding in supporting my mother's transition and the whole settling in process. Our parent needed a brief spell of respite care to recover from a hospital stay. The attention to detail by the staff was excellent. There is a genuine sense of community between staff and residents. The respite support was just what was needed and the self-contained flat which was provided was beyond that which we expected to be provided.
