The Springkell House staff are more than a team, we are a family. We celebrate the diversity of our staff, enjoying the opportunity to learn from each other and work together to make the home the best in can be. In providing care for our residents we know that every staff member plays a crucial role, from our care staff and activities coordinators to our administrative staff and kitchen team.
Our staff regularly take part in training to develop their skills, applying their experience to caring for and communicating with our residents. We build trust with our residents over time which allows us to understand their individual needs and offer the person-centred care we pride ourselves on at Springkell House.
