“I really enjoy working at Windsor Court, I work with a great team where everyone helps each other, there is very good communication and we are just like one big family. The training provided is very good and I receive great support from the entire team.”
Windsor Court is located in the heart of Bournemouth, just a short walk from the bustling town centre and stunning seafront. Theatres, museums, shops and cafes can all be found close to the home, but nothing can beat a walk along Bournemouth’s wonderful pier and beaches. With so many amenities and seaside attractions right on our doorstep there are endless sights to explore, we will do whatever we can to encourage and support outings with you and your relative. We make great use of our minibus to arrange visits to local garden centres and other attractions which your loved one is welcome to join in with.
The Victorian era building creates a feeling of comfort and homeliness when you walk through the door, while benefitting from modern care facilities to ensure the safety of every resident. Surrounded by landscaped gardens and with access to quiet patio areas, Windsor Court provides a tranquil space where your relative can relax in comfort.
My lovely Dad has been at Windsor Court a few months now, and I continue to be so impressed with the care he's receiving. The staff really shine out, they are absolutely brilliant, and are all so genuinely caring and warm, they always proactively give me updates on my Dad and how he's doing and what he gets up to there, which I really appreciate.
Anna K, Daughter of Resident
I am always genuinely pleased with the welcome I receive from the staff every time I visit my mother. Her room and the building in general is light, airy and well-maintained. The facilities and activities help to provide the mental stimulation needed to maintain good well-being. The management team are unfailingly helpful with nothing too much trouble and the staff in general are caring and considerate.
P C, Son of Resident
From the day he moved in, the staff has been incredible, treating my dad with sensitivity and respect, listening to him but also to us as a family, finding what his needs and interests are, making sure he is well cared for but can maintain his independence with support and dignity. My dad is so happy and relaxed despite this major life change and to see him smiling when we visit is such a relief.
Maria V, Daughter of Resident
Mum's bedroom is a beautiful room, lovely and bright and the ensuite is so well equipped. The second floor that Mum is on has been completely refurbished and is beautiful, bright and homely. We looked at many homes for Mum, and Windsor Court came out on top for us. From what I have seen this home is a very well-run home and most of all Mum is happy.
Joy B, Daughter of Resident
My mum has been a resident for around one month and I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention given to my mum. They took the time to get to know her and her likes and dislikes and they have created a warm and compassionate environment for her that feels homely.
S G, Son of Resident
