Last week, members of our management and administrative teams, from across our homes and Business Support Centre, came together for the Beritaz Better Future Team Day.
Facilitated by the wonderful Cath Parish and Graham Rogers from Commitment Plus, this was a day filled with team building, skill training and inspiration. Beginning our day at the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel, the team took part in a variety of exercises tackling the topics of teamwork, problem solving and wellbeing, as well as considering the impact sustainability and AI advances have on the future of the care industry and the role they will play for us at Beritaz Care.
As we were all in the local area, we then took the opportunity to pay a visit to Windsor Court Care Home to tour the newly refurbished second floor, before enjoying afternoon tea in the lovely gardens at the home.
The day came to a close with a team meal in the stunning setting of the New Forest, where we could relax and chat together, while contemplating everything we had learned and discussed throughout the day.
It is always wonderful when team members from across the Beritaz Care family have a chance to be together in the same room sharing stories, ideas and experiences. We had a lot of fun taking part in the team building exercises and discussing our shared vision for the future of Beritaz Care.
