Our aim is for your loved one to live a happy, safe and comfortable life in our care, while you can be assured their needs are being fully catered to.
When you visit Robertson you will feel the genuine warmth and friendly atmosphere that embodies the homes, as so many of our visitors comment on. “It is as near to a proper home environment that one could wish for and I always feel so welcome when visiting.”
Gabriella Konczol has been the manager of Robertson Nursing Home since 2021. Having worked in the home for many years, Gabi has hands-on experience with every aspect of the home and an understanding of the needs of residents and staff.
“During my time as Home Manager, I am so proud to have witnessed how far the home has come, even seeing the Robertson team named as ‘Team of the Year’ at the 2024 Surrey Care Awards. I enjoy having the opportunity to work alongside such an inspiring team, as well as my fellow managers at our sister homes.”
Work has commenced on the construction of our beautiful new home. The new building will enable us to provide an even better experience for our residents, offer enhanced facilities, and give us the ability to support even more individuals in need of later-life care.

Our Mum, Sheila, moved into Robertson's in March 2024. She struggled to settle at first, but all the staff at Roberston were unfailingly kind, supportive and reassuring, and she soon felt much happier. Over the almost 2 years Mum was in the care home she made friends, loved the food, enjoyed the variety of activities - especially anything musical - and was looked after so well by caring and compassionate staff who feel genuine affection for the residents.
Carolyn B, Daughter of Resident
My father moved into Robertson over 3 years ago, before that he was in hospital and I was told he was end of life. From the moment he arrived at Robertson he started to improve, the staff treated him with kindness, dignity and patience and he received exceptional care, he went from being bed bound to mobilising with a walking frame. He enjoyed wonderful food and took part in various activities.
Diane A, Daughter of Resident
My father first came to Robinson Nursing Home three years ago after an illness. From the moment he arrived here, his condition improved and continued to improve, and with the friendly staff and environment, he now enjoyed his days despite his dementia. I put this down to the excellent quality of care, food and stimulation that he received.
Rob N, Son of Resident
My Mum has been at Robertson now for nearly four months. What struck me from the beginning was how friendly and diligent all the staff are. The staff all appear to have a genuine and professional approach to care. They have demonstrated a really dignified and respectful manner in the way they look after my Mum, which is very reassuring for the family.
Dominic B, Son of Resident
Mum has been living here for a year now, and their kindness and attention to her has been wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and they all put 100% effort in every day. They are always open to suggestions, which are noted and they genuinely want to know what else they can do to make the resident's lives as happy as possible. Nursing care is top-notch.
Evelyn R, Daughter of Resident
