Our homes are regularly inspected by third-party organisations to ensure we are meeting industry standards in terms of home operations and the care services we provide. We are proud to share that Windsor Court Care Home has received an overall rating of ‘Good’ in the latest report by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
In August, Windsor Court was visited by CQC inspectors who assessed the home and our services based on criteria including ‘safe’, ‘caring’ and ‘effective’. We have now received the results of that inspection and are delighted to share that we were rated as ‘Good’ in all categories.
