It has been a busy summer for the Ashton Manor team. We have celebrated staff achievements, hosted a baby shower for one of our team members and showed off our smiles for National Smile Day. Members of our team also attended the Wrecclesham Village Fete to run the Ashton Manor stall. This is one of our favourite community events and our team had a fantastic time getting to meet so many lovely members of the local community.
Of course, the team have also been busy making sure our residents have a fantastic summer; enjoying time outdoors in our garden, exploring the local area on our minibus and celebrating with their loved ones at our annual summer party.
In between all their hard work, we made sure to take some time for our staff to bond and have fun. During this glorious, sunny weather, we took the opportunity to come together as a team for a summer staff BBQ in the garden at Ashton Manor. We enjoyed some delicious food and drinks, while having a good chat and getting to know each other better outside of our roles at the home.
The entire team work incredibly hard, ensuring our residents are happy, healthy and well-cared for every single day, so we want to show our appreciation and give them the opportunity to have fun as a team. Lots of laughs were shared and memories made as the Ashton team came together for some fun in the sun.
