Understanding someone’s values help you to understand what matters most to them. Our values are what make us who we are, and this is true for both people and companies.

Values are what motivate us and guide us, they are our passions and the reason we do what we do. Values help to unite us in a common goal and are what bring teams together. Our values are what define us as a service provider and as an employer.

As we celebrate World Value’s Day, we wanted to share with you the values that we live by at Beritaz Care. The theme of this year’s campaign for World Value’s Day is ‘bringing values to life’, which is something we always try to do. Our goal is to actively apply our values to everything we do within our homes, each and every day, letting them guide how we treat our residents and staff.

What are Beritaz Care’s company values?

These are three simple philosophies, but they make a big difference in how we approach caring for our residents, how we interact with relatives and how we treat our staff.

When any new team member joins the Beritaz Care family, we explain these values to them and how they apply to life in our homes. This means we are all working with the same values and goals in mind, to ensure our residents are happy, healthy, comfortable and living life to the fullest. Our values also tell our staff what to expect from us as an employer, knowing they too will be treated with care and respect as part of our team.
