If you or your loved one has been in hospital, or has an illness or disability requiring regular or complex help, or a nursing home may be appropriate. We ensure that our residents are always cared for, emotionally and physically.
What is nursing care?
Our nursing care services are provided by registered and fully qualified nurses who deliver care 24/7. This level of care is needed for those who need thorough rehabilitative care due to a long-term issues, stroke recovery or a disability. For people who require a lower level of nursing care, or whose condition has improved significantly, a residential home may be better suited to their needs.
Meeting Our Patient’s Needs
The care team are on duty 24/7 to abide to resident’s needs to improve quality of life. As part of this we want residents to stay as independent as possible, completing tasks big or small can help their condition. Our staff are always available to support residents when caring for themselves to help reduce stress or anxiety.
Nursing Care Plan
We provide specialist nursing plans tailored to the individual’s needs; our care provision includes accommodation and meals under the supervision of qualified nursing staff, as well as a full social life. With the additional guidance from a GP we are able to develop a thorough plan that can be altered over-time to accommodate to the resident’s needs. Depending on their condition, a resident’s situation may change, if your loved one needs a higher or lower level of care, we will go through this with you.

At Beritaz Care we believe that discussing your loved one’s progress to keep you up to date, bringing you peace of mind during this difficult time. We also have the option for relatives to stay overnight when required.
