Jean's story...

Jean became a resident of Windsor Court Care Home in February 2024. She is a wonderful member of the Windsor Court community, always enthusiastic to take part in group activities and social events with her friends at the home. Jean loves joining in with minibus trips to explore local attractions and she especially enjoys any time we have visits from therapy animals.

“Windsor Court was recommended to my husband and me when we were looking for homes around the Bournemouth area. I didn’t need to see any other homes, as soon as we came inside, we thought ‘that’s the one for us’.

What I immediately liked about Windsor Court is that it feels homely and friendly. There is a beautiful garden and rooms. I could imagine being here when I visited and thought how nice it is.

Windsor has been able to provide everything we wanted. I can’t fault the service, we are well looked after here. The layout of the home is very nice. The food is good and I am very happy here.

I think the staff at Windsor Court are wonderful, kind and helpful. I regularly join in all the activities they put on. I’m never lonely here.”
