This is the case study of Sheila Dean written by herself (April 2021)

I haven’t been at Windsor Court very long and whilst I found it difficult at first having to isolate in my room for 2 weeks due to Coronavirus restrictions but I am now very settled, content and much happier.   Windsor Court is much better than the previous care home I was living in and I am really pleased to be back living in Bournemouth where I was born and grew up.

I have a beautiful room and the staff are excellent, I can’t fault them at all.  The activities are very good, I enjoy them all and I am very pleased to have made friends. I am now looking forward to my niece visiting and being able to go out, which we can do now.
