International Women’s Day 2024

International Women’s Day 2024

Each year we celebrate International Women’s Day at Beritaz Care, as an important event to shine a light on women’s achievements and spark the discussion around the topic of gender parity, as well as a day to celebrate the wonderful women of Beritaz Care.

This year’s campaign is particularly important to us as the theme is ‘Inspire Inclusion’

“Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that’s diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women’s equality. Collectively we can all #InspireInclusion.”

At Beritaz Care we are proud to have created a welcoming and inclusive environment for all, both as an employer and as a care provider. Across our homes we have a diverse team of staff and thanks to our international recruitment drive, have welcomed staff from a variety of backgrounds who have brought extensive skills and experience to our homes.

Inclusion and equality are values we are passionate about at Beritaz Care. We strive to support all staff both professionally and personally, we celebrate our differences and enjoy learning from each other.

Today on International Women’s Day we will be celebrating the incredible women that make up the Beritaz family, from our management team to the care and support staff working in our homes. Within our homes, residents and staff will share stories and memories about the important women in their lives, as well as taking some time to consider and discuss the topic of equality.

With our staff and residents, family members, volunteers, entertainers and friends of Beritaz, we are fortunate to be surrounded and supported by so many brilliant women. Today we want to say a special thank you to all of you for the huge impact you have had on our lives.
